What we send

Messages are limited to your appointments: booking confirmations with a link to reschedule or cancel, schedule changes, and reminders before your visit. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Frequency depends on how often you book. A typical appointment generates 1–3 messages: a confirmation, a reminder, and any updates if something changes.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
