A few things we ask of every guest so your visit is safe and everyone’s room stays quiet. Please take a minute to read them before you book.
Check with your doctor first
If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, a heart condition, a recent surgery or another serious medical condition, please talk to your doctor before booking a massage.
Tell us what we should know
Please tell reception and your therapist about any medical conditions, allergies or injuries before we start. If we think a treatment isn’t safe for you, we may ask for a doctor’s note or suggest a gentler alternative.
Adults only (18+)
So every guest gets a quiet room, Beautiful Spa Massage is an adults-only space. We can’t have children under 18 in the spa or waiting in reception, so please arrange care before you come.
