Information we collect

When you book an appointment, we collect the details needed to hold your time and reach you about it: your name, phone number, email address, the service you chose, and any notes you add (for example a therapist request or a health condition we should know about).

How we use it

We use your information to confirm, remind you of, reschedule, or cancel appointments, to respond to your questions, and to provide safe treatment. If you opt in to text messages, we use your phone number to send appointment confirmations, updates, and reminders as described in our SMS Policy.

Text messaging and your phone number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use cases exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our online booking (SimplyBook.me) and to deliver text messages. They process your information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Keeping it safe

We keep your information only as long as we need it to manage your appointments and meet our legal obligations, and we limit access to staff who need it to serve you.

Your choices

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. To update or delete your information, call (760) 656-1028 or text (626) 989-3888.
